Created for those who believe life's meaningful moments deserve to be celebrated, Inked Intentions is a curated boutique tattoo experience designed to bring people together through connection, conversation and shared memories.
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, friendship, engagement, bridal weekend, milestone moment or simply gathering your favourite people, this experience has been thoughtfully designed to feel intimate, relaxed and memorable.
At Sapphire Coast Ink, we believe tattooing is about more than the artwork itself. It's about the stories behind it, the people you share it with and the memories created along the way.
The afternoon unfolds at a relaxed pace as each guest receives their tattoo while enjoying good food, conversation and quality time together.
There is no rushing, no crowded studio environment and no feeling like just another appointment.

THE TATTOOS
To ensure the experience remains relaxed and enjoyable for all guests, tattoos included within the package are designed to be small, meaningful and timeless.
Suitable designs include:

• Matching friendship tattoos

All tattoos are selected and approved prior to the event.
This ensures a seamless experience on the day and allows us to focus on creating a memorable atmosphere for your group.

THE DAY
Guests are welcomed into the studio and invited to relax, enjoy refreshments and settle into the experience.
Tattoo Session
Guests rotate through their tattoo appointments while enjoying food, conversation and the atmosphere of the studio.
Photos & Keepsakes
Throughout the experience there are opportunities for group photos, Polaroids and capturing memories together.

THE FINE PRINT
To ensure every Inked Intentions experience runs smoothly and is enjoyable for all guests, please take a moment to read the following information.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Group package starting price ($1000) is based on 4 guests, if added guests are requested, it is a maximum of 6 guests - $250 per guest.
A non-refundable deposit is required from each guest to secure their place within the experience.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. Once final numbers have been confirmed, the full booking amount becomes payable and cannot be reduced due to guest cancellations, changes of mind, no-shows or non-attendance.
Guest places may be transferred to another person with prior approval.
Correspondence will be with one person only. The group spokesperson will be in charge of liaising with all group attendees.
TATTOO SELECTIONS
All tattoo designs and placements must be selected and approved prior to the event.
To maintain the flow of the experience, significant design changes, placement changes or custom artwork requests cannot be accommodated on the day.
Inked Intentions is designed around small, curated tattoos suitable for a group experience.
ARRIVAL & TIMING
Please arrive on time to ensure the experience runs smoothly for all guests.
Late arrivals may result in reduced tattoo time and, in some circumstances, forfeiture of the tattoo portion of the booking.
No refunds or credits will be provided for extreme late arrivals or missed appointments.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Guests must arrive well rested, hydrated and having eaten prior to their appointment.
For health and safety reasons, tattooing cannot be performed on anyone who appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
No refunds will be provided if a guest is unable to be tattooed due to intoxication or undisclosed medical conditions.
Please ensure all guests are in good health with no major medical issues.
IDENTIFICATION
All guests must be 18 years or older and provide valid photo identification upon arrival.
Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Sapphire Coast Ink may capture photographs and video throughout the experience for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials.
Guests who do not wish to be photographed are welcome to advise us prior to the event.
HEALING & AFTERCARE
Every guest will receive aftercare instructions to support the healing process.
Healed results are influenced by individual skin types, lifestyle factors and adherence to aftercare instructions. Sapphire Coast Ink cannot guarantee healed outcomes where aftercare advice has not been followed.
RESPECTING THE EXPERIENCE
Inked Intentions has been designed as a relaxed, intimate and enjoyable experience for all guests.
We ask that guests treat the studio, artist and fellow attendees with respect and understanding throughout the event.
Our goal is simple: beautiful tattoos, meaningful memories and an experience worth remembering.
The package price is based on the experience as a whole and not the value of individual tattoos. Unused tattoo time, guest cancellations or changes to guest numbers do not result in refunds, credits or reductions to the package price.
